Anyone in the U.S. who is 18 years or older with a novel idea in the mobility sector. You don't need a business plan, pitch deck, or startup experience—just the spark of an entrepreneurial idea related to mobility and the drive to explore it.

This program is designed for people at the very earliest stages of an idea who are ready to do the work. The platform is self-paced, so you'll need to be self-motivated to engage with the AI agents, complete the learning exercises, and test your ideas in the real world. The participants who benefit most are open to holding their ideas loosely—using the tools, feedback, and community to evaluate, refine, and reimagine their concepts. In fact, many ideas evolve significantly (and for the better!) throughout the program.

We define mobility broadly as the industry of transporting people and goods. The search for mobility ideas starts with what we see: transportation and vehicles–but that's not all. We're looking for ideas that go far beyond simply getting us from point A to B. From automotive marvels and cutting-edge technologies to interconnected solutions that create seamless transportation experiences, we want to see it all. Our team reviews every application. If selected, you'll be onboarded to Builders Studio®—a self-paced platform where AI agents guide you through structured exercises to validate your idea, run experiments, and build toward launch. You work at your own pace with 24/7 access to the platform, plus monthly workshops, expert Q&A sessions, and connection to a community of fellow mobility innovators. Throughout the year, builders demonstrating strong traction and potential will be selected for enhanced support, including dedicated coaching and Pebble Fund awards.

All participants received one-year of free access to Builders Studio, which is a $300 value. All participants also have the opportunity to be selected to receive dedicated Studio coaching and up to $2,000 in Pebble Fund awards to support real-world experiments and pilot validation. Selection is based on the quality of your work in the platform, traction, innovation, and alignment with program priorities.
